1.  "GILMAR SYSTEMS LIMITED" is a company registered in England, number 3947796:

2.   The name "GILMAR SYSTEMS LIMITED" may not be used in the offering of goods and / or services whether for a consideration or free of charge without the express written permission of a Director of Gilmar Systems Limited.

 

3.      Gilmar Systems Limited undertakes to provide plumbing services to the specification as agreed with the customer.  Estimates are provided on the basis of known conditions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, additional costs will be explained to, and agreed with the customer prior to further work being undertaken.  All basic estimates are EXCLUSIVE of Value Added Tax.  Mileage to/from the Customer's site will be charged where the round trip exceeds 50 miles from the above address, at a rate of £0.45 per mile plus VAT.

 

4.   Gilmar Systems Limited will ensure that any operatives used on a job are trained and qualified, and fully insured.

 

5.   Gilmar Systems Limited reserves the right to substitute personnel, in consultation with the Customer.

 

6.   Daily rates are based on the provision of services during any seven hours between 08:00 and 17:30.  Additional hours may be charged for on a pro rata basis, on prior agreement with the Customer, at the discretion of a Director of Gilmar Systems Limited.

 

7.  All quotations for the provision of goods and services remain valid for a period of thirty days from the date of the quotation.

 

 

8.   Payment of Gilmar Systems Limited invoices is due 7 days from date of invoice, except where special terms may be agreed from time to time.  Gilmar Systems Limited reserves the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998” and associated Statutory Instruments.

 

9.   In the event of cancellation of a contract by the Customer after acceptance by the Customer, the Customer shall be liable for all costs incurred by Gilmar Systems Limited up to the point of cancellation or arising from the cancellation.

 

10.  In the event of Customer requirements changing during the course of a contract Gilmar Systems Limited reserves the right to adjust the fees quoted to reflect the change in circumstances.

 

11.  Advice and other assistance provided by Gilmar Systems Limited is given in all good faith.  Such advice and assistance should be subjected to commercial review and judgement before acceptance and / or implementation - no liability can be accepted for errors of commission or omission by the Customer.

 

12.  Gilmar Systems Limited can accept no liability for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside of the control of Gilmar Systems Limited.

 

13.  In the event of the Customer pursuing a claim against Gilmar Systems Limited for whatever reason, such claim shall be pursued through the English legal system and be subject to English law.

 

14.  All information and material made available to Gilmar Systems Limited during the course of a contract shall be treated in strict commercial confidence both during and after the contract period.

 

15.  Gilmar Systems Limited guarantees all workmanship for a period of three calendar months from completion of the work.  Materials and equipment are covered by manufacturers' standard warranty.
