The following fees and charges will be made:

Small jobs - £45.00 per hour + materials + VAT.  A minimum charge of £45.00 + VAT applies, to cover cost of travel and travel time to/from the customer's premises.  Time over the first hour will be charged pro rata. 

A 'small job' is defined as one that will take less than half a day, e.g. tap change, tap re-washering/re-seating, float valve change.  Should circumstances at the premises require more time to be spent, additional charges will be agreed with the customer before carrying out the work.  (See Terms and Conditions.)

Large jobs - £200.00 per day + materials + VAT.

Call-outs - standard small job hourly rate applies for all works carried out between 17:30 and 08:00, or where the job has been requested by the customer at less than 24 hours notice, which requires rescheduling of other jobs.
